Anisama 2010 late night rant & preparation

Anisama tomorrow!! Um.. later today!!
Uh, I’m tired, but somehow can’t really sleep now.

So let’s.. rant! And prepare for the big day~☆

Less performers count
The line-up got shorter, 3-4 less artists each day than last year. :-/ Well, looking at the history, Anisama 2009 was the abnormal one with 45+ songs (5.5 hours) per day. This year they’re reverting back to the old format, less than 40 songs in about 4.5 hours.

Missing in Action
Won’t change anything but it helps to write the feeling out. ^^;

First, it’s not Anisama Girls’ Night‘s fault that some female artists aren’t there. The only performers GN “stole” are Misato Aki (not in 2009 anyway), Shimoda Asami, and Suara (only in Osaka!). The rest are in Anisama, or never played before.. “3″ out of 10-ish really isn’t a lot.

Okay, ragelist as follows.

Horie Yui – I was kinda praying for a catfight between Yukarin and Minorin for Hocchan’s love or sth. *runs* But yeah in all srsness, Hocchan hasn’t sold any CD after YAHHO!!… but oy, we’re talking about THE Hocchan here, who has like, hundreds of songs. I really wouldn’t mind guru-guru-mawaru Scramble or Love Destiny!

The IDOLM@STER – Just when I was happy IM@S girls are finally IN the release (after being left out in 2008)… this year they’re not even there!! I hate3x C3xHobby 2010 for taking my IM@S girls away just so they can promote MODEL TRAINS. YOU DON’T NEED SEIYUU TO SELL MODEL TRAINS. GAH. >_>

Suara – I really do suspect she’s pregnant. xD Okay, she only has Akai Ito (White Album 2) in the past year.., but Amaneuta got re-released recently and it’s just Suara’s best album! Even in Girls’ Night she only performs in Osaka, which is her hometown! Even more reasons to be suspicious?

m.o.v.e – Still along the pregnancy line, yuri is a new mommy (a superhawt one who provides voice for a Vocaloid lol) so it’s understandable for them to skip this year despite the new releases.. really too bad tho, at least motsu can come to complete You&Me with Yukarin!

Sakakibara Yui – *sobs in a corner* C’mon, nobody sings as many anison as Yuinyan! I was so happy last year when she got announced…, and those swaying hips indeed blew my brain. I wanna see some real dancers to balance them gloomy AliPro traps… we do need Yuinyan! Or her uber-cool PHANTASM alter-ego.. or her awesome reverse-trap self…. ;A;

Hirano Aya – Yes I do want her to come (twice? lol). I never really hated her, just annoyed. I still like her songs, she gets better live, and now I totally respect her for “coming out” on TV. xD Funny though that my Jap Aya-fans friends don’t seem to be bothered by it (“It’s weirder if she doesn’t have a boyfriend”.. which is true) so please don’t eat what a certain 2ch-translation trollsite has to say. Well her FC event is next week, so I guess we’ll see how most of her fans actually reacted. Too bad she’s not in Anisama, I kinda want to see her Hysteric Barbie get-up. xD

Imai Asami – Mingos has 4 singles, dood!! And her fans are the hardcore ones *ahem*. And mostly male, so it’s kinda LOL that she only gets Girls Night.. and also the reason why I’m not really complaining here, just listing :3

Kalafina – Okay, Yuuka might sing a FJ song, but still, I had pretty big faith that at least Kalafina was going to show up, with all those solid releases. This is why I don’t believe in God…. D:

…I believe in fairies though! Yousei Teikoku‘s YUI is instant favorite with her… um, enchanting personality lol. I’m 70% going to their solo concert next month, so am not that sad.. but still the bigger population need to see her, I mean, them.

Misato Aki – A part of the right clique + so many new anison but didn’t get the phone call? I guess she needs to practice for her coming birthday live next Thursday… damn I wanna go.

yozuca* – Personally nothing special, but I’d rather her to perform than, say, May’n lol. I like her School Days songs too.. But she prob refused to go by choice, judging from how nervous she was in 2008.. ^^;

Shimokawa Mikuni – every single year, I keep praying for her suddenly announced to perform in Anisama, based on the little faith of her 2005 appearance. Never came true.

savage genius – Aa’s pregnant, and has confirmed so. The list could go on with Ishida Yoko (Strike Witches 2), Hashimoto Miyuki (too many to say), K-ON! girls (just the best-selling anison?).. there’s still next year to patch up, Anisama.

Official goods?

Shitload of stuff this time. Props for being creative (First-Aid Kit, really?), but I really want none of them lol. Except the pamphlet, which seems to improve compared to before. Also getting evolution PV (DVD). Just the PV? What kind of marketing is that? -_-; Tomorrow’s just advance-sales, out in stores (Animate-only) next week… so who cares.

Shirts are as usual, super ugly: boring evolution text, and is that Transformers logo? BRS and Nico shirts are decent, but I’m not waking up in the morning to buy them limited stuff. That means, forget all the artists goods (not like I want any), tho I hope for some spare Momoi CD on day 2. Other goods are really meh. :-/

Are you ready?!
Because going to Anisama is like going to war! The most important item of all.. PENLIGHT. If you forgot your penlight, might as well forget your tickets. D: It’s like going to a war without a weapon!

- 2x My Fenix lovers + 2x Ultra Orange
- 1x Nana/regular red
- 2x Nana/regular blue
- 1x Yukarin/regular pink.
- 1x Minorin’s Freedom blue
- 1x Minorin/regular white
- 1x Minorin’s Moratorium green + 1x Ultra Green
- 2x Ultra White
- 4x Sphere colors. I already have green and pink but hey, a unit thing need to be in the same size aight? 2x Mina-purple cuz I like her twice more than the others combined,  Aki-green, Ayahi-pink, and Toma-orange.

Re-check the lights at least 3x. Done? Now put the live tickets in.. and think what to wear! :3

Totally no idea what to wear on Day 1. I left all my previous Anisama shirts at home (like, home-home), and I’ve never attended any of Day 1 artist’s solo concert… the closest connection I have is Makkun’s, but it’s far down there too. ^^; I could grab a shirt tomorrow, but otherwise, normal look. Well, I bring Nana’s Games Red towel, since it fits the red/black theme.

Day 2 is the complete opposite, I have too many choices.

What you wear can totally speaks for yourself. I’ve decided on:
- Nana’s Ehime-limited shirt (“whoa, a real Nanatard“)
- Minorin’s cap (“..and a Minorifag…“)
- Faylan’s towel (“..AND a Feinyan fan..“)
- Nanette & Summer Camp wristbands (“..ok ok we get it!!“)
- Nana Fanclub bag to carry the penlights ♥
Bonus points to anyone who might notice my Nana’s key necklace (not pictured) :3 I’m fully-geared!

Phew finally feeling a bit sleepy after writing this long. Anisama is gonna be aired live in Nicovideo so we can all enjoy the festival together. The setlist might be immediately uploaded like last year too methinks. Soo… good night! ☆zzzz
