Well I got THE best present (EVER): seeing Nana LIVE yesterday in Music Japan!! ♥ Followed by overnight karaoke (with too many Nana songs), Friday Dynamite magazine with Nana’s gravure out today, and having Nana SP curry as my dinner~! ♪

Friday is a popular idol magazine (with lots of porn..). Nana seems to have a close relation with Friday (well it’s Kodansha), she was often featured since few years ago for live reports etc, tho lately she’s been getting the gravure part too. This edition was supposedly out last week, but rescheduled to my birthday today lol.

Scans in-between Music Japan report (in case you got bored reading stuff unknown artists lol). I think the shots are just OK.

MUSIC JAPAN (Oct 4)

My 2nd MJ after Shin’ai in 2009.. I was SO excited when they announced this event. Granted, it’s 1 day earlier than my actual birthday but still counts as a present! :3 Totally made up for my last year despair when they recorded Mugen @ MJ right on Oct 5th and I was stuck down there in Oz T_T.

This time it starts late at 7.30pm, since there aren’t supposed to be many artists. I got in close to 7, took the random seat tickets, and jumped with joy! It’s..it’s… ROW 8!!! ﾔﾀ━─ヽ(*´Д｀*)ﾉ─━!!! NHK Hall is not too big, so row 8 was literally just a few meters away! A bit to the right-side, but close enough to see the artists’ face. :3

Officially listed artists were Inagaki & Nana, AKB48, Shimatani Hitomi, jealkb, and S/mileage.. but the MC announced there will be 9 performers for the night!

AKB48 kicked off with Heavy Rotation.. quite entertaining but I still can’t tell who is who xD Audience went really crazy obv lol. MC announced they will perform again later.. I think this is to prevent people from going home? ^^; Next was S/mileage, 4-kids group singing Onaji Jikyuu de Hataraku Tomotachi no Bijin Mama, which had crazy otagei calls… good way to release my Nana-anxiety lol.

Then secret guests start to appear.. GIRL NEXT DOOR bringing A LOT of dancers to perform Ready to be a lady. There was a technical error they had to stop halfway lol and repeat the song again. Was okay… the next guest made me happy tho, alan! Kanashimi wa Yuki ni Nemuru was perfect with her erhu (Chinese violin)!

It kept getting better when MC announced who’s up next… SCANDAL!! Woooah first time I saw them in a totally unexpected way! That was.. Scandal Nanka Buttobasu.. I think? Sry was busy ♥_♥-ing at Rina~ xD Then Shimatani Hitomi up next with her guitar for old cover song Mayonaka no Guitar, pretty good. Then visual kei band jealkb with a fun song, but lol reminded me of AliPro dancers, esp the one guy who just did chorus & dance wtf. At that point I just wanted to see Nana already… ;__;

..so of course my prayers are heard, MC announced next up is a duet, and before he could finish the sentence NHK Hall exploded with NANACHAAAAAAAN cheers!! About as loud as AKB48, but AKB fans call for different girls so not as united as the Nanafags lol. Sorry but we’ve been waiting for too long~ xD

Yep the same white dress as MUSIC FAIR, totally an angel. Short interview about the duet, apparently Inagaki liked Nana’s voice after watching Music Japan and requested for a duet; Nana felt honored so she accepts blabla can’t really hear amidst the NANACHAAAAAN jungle ^^; I almost feel bad to Inagaki, it’s a duet (and his album..) but nobody called his name rofl.

Egao no Yukue was of course flawless. Inagaki sings louder compared to MF so it sounds more like a duet ^^; As usual my eyes was fixated at Nana and I do believe at some point she looked to my area and smiled……. and I kept thinking I was born to experience this wonderful birthday present. ;__; Thank you so much, Nana!

Aaaand, last guest was Koda Kumi!! Sang Chiisana Koi no Uta, a cover song I think? She did well, I like her voice. Lastly AKB48 girls came back on stage wearing black hoodies.. had interview but again the calls were too loud, the girls even “ssshhh” them. Last song “BEGINNER” which is actually pretty good, I’m impressed. :3

MJ was a good fun, tho by the end of the day, only Nana’s voice and smile stay inside my little wicked head. xD Oh btw this Music Japan will be aired on October 17, so tune in!

Nana SP Curry

..and finally, closing the day with good food. I love quail eggs~ :3

For such a lost cause like me, no meal is more suitable than Nana SP Curry! In case anyone forgets, this is from Nana’s favorite restaurant Aubergine in Yotsuya, a special curry set customized to Nana’s requests and then overpriced to milk $$ from stupid fans..

Too bad it’s no longer open for dine-in, only takeaways. Written on the paper “To Nana fans.. you-know-what SP is available” lol.

Some handwritten message from Nana, thanking the staff for always making delicious curry for her.. and that Nana will not eat other curry than this (I wonder how true this is xD). Well Nana certainly brings profit to the restaurant.. I wonder if she gets free unlimited curry supplies xD

Soooo, happy 2 days, full stomach… gonna spend the rest of the day watching Livedom Birth~ afterall I prefer the cute & innocent Nana lol. ^__^

Well, firstly I like to comment on pics (though nobody even realize there’s actual text under “that pic with legs”), and maybe not everyone wants to save everything. But above all, the real reason is that I scanned them one by one. So you leechers should load and right-click-and-save one by one too, no such thing as “having it easy”. Mwahahaha.

Anyhow, booklet scans! The thing itself has 58 pages, mostly occupied by the songs’ lyrics. Obviously I only scan whatever that has Nana on it. Scan quality is pretty decent with unavoidable noise since the book is small and the printing quality isn’t that good.

DVD and BD have identical booklet, just (obviously) different size, DVD is slightly bigger. They cut off a bit from top and bottom for BD, about 7 mm each… and these are BD scans coz I have 2 of them. xD

It’s been a long while since the last live pamphlet scans. I actually scanned half of these last year, but it’s a tedious job so I never get around to finish it.

I finally did anyway so hail me, bwahaha.

Live Formula pamphlet concept is unfortunately not race queen (she doesn’t have the correct boobs size). Instead, there are 7 “rounds” in this book that represents the lives she did in the tour, each featuring two Nanas to suit your fetish taste: cutie-pie Nana-imouto and matured Nana-neechan traveling around in different fashion styles. Both are totally hawt and made me vomit blood.

- Not all scans are real book-size, I was trying not to damage my book.
- I skipped pages that don’t have Nana on it, also rearranged some pages.

Phew that was tiring. For my next scanning project (if any haha), I was thinking to pick the pamphlet randomly instead of going in release order. I’m also not sure how many people other than me that find younger Nana from 2003-2005 appealing, with her (now gone) apple cheeks and (now huge) narrow eyes.

PS. Before someone asks, I bought this pamphlet off K-Books, a second-hand otaku store in Akihabara. You can possibly find this in Yahoo! Auction too. I won’t repeat this answer kthxbye.

To celebrate our Christmas presents releases.. there will be exhibition series in four big stores, called NANA MIZUKI LIVE FIGHTER 衣装展 2008-2009, which will display the live costumes, live photographs, and live goods. I repeat, DISPLAY, no buying, no touching, no photographing, but drooling are supposedly allowed.. right? And there will be a live video screening, some communication note thing, and “related product sales”. Now, the last part made me really intrigued.

Sadly no, Nana won’t be there. So it will be a free entry for everyone, and here we go: a special lottery for whoever buys both DVD or the BRD. The 7 lucky winners from each store are going to get an autographed live photo with their full name written on it. No, I don’t want it. ):

Sounds good? But the only shit thing is that the only Tokyo exhibition happened to be exactly during Live Fever days.. I guess this is to reduce the number of Nana enthusiasts swarming poor Tora no Ana building. I’ve read some masterplan to get Fever goods in Budokan in early morning, quickly ran off to see the exhibitions, then go back on time for the live.. doesn’t appeal much to the lazy me, but I might do the same, can’t imagine how terribly smelly crowded the last exhibition day (when Fever is over) will be, and I’d cry blood if I couldn’t get my hands on the “related products”.

I’m very very excited to see the live costumes too, some sample store-exclusive bromides (a.k.a the things we will never get) are already out, and they made me realize a bright yellow sunflower costume can be really cute..
