Expecting NHK Music Japan Shinseiki Anime SP~
The highlight this week would be the NHK Music Japan Shinseiki Anime SP that will have 2 segments.
The first one will be aired this weekend, August 16th (Sun) 24:10 in the general channel.. only 43 minutes cos MJ is still a stupid digest music TV show, but I’m happy with the fact that this might be a sign that NHK starts to acknowledge anison musicians!
The order of the performances is still unknown, but they already announced what songs will be aired first on the website. The real treat will be aired on August 24th (Mon) 23:30 in NHKBS2 (satellite channel).. means HD quality~! This 2nd segment (hopefully!) will include all 17 songs performed by the 8 artists.
Here’s the full set list. Songs in red will be performed in the first segment.

..oh well, can’t get any bigger than this pic, but you know how she looks like in that Animelo 2008 costume anyway: hawt. 
The set list is mostly predictable, tho I’m a bit surprised Minorin and Nana were allowed to sing non-animu songs in an anison event lol. And oh, May’n song choices is getting old, yawn.
I’m probably more eager in watching SCANDAL girls pulling off K-On ED than the other performances (well cos I’ve better options to watch the rest).. Anyway, I’m saving the comments for the show airs! 
Oh btw, I found the group photo of MJ artists really fascinating in a lot of ways..
- For some reasons most of them look rly tired, and Nana’s face looks awsmly huge.
- Minorin’s uneven eyes exposed to the max. And what’s with the exposed thighs? Well, not that I’m complaining..
- Ishikawa Chiaki is the only one without trendy knee-high boots.. generation gap? xD
- The SCANDAL girl standing between Minorin and Nana scared the shit outta me.
- As expected from angela, both atsuko and katsu look crazy in a formal group photo.
- The stools are a bit tall, but everyone seems to have no problem sitting on it nicely.. except Nana that looks like she’s really desperate to touch the floor with her feet like the others..
Well, I wouldn’t say this photo is exceptionally good, cos something is definitely wrong if Kuribayashi Minami looks the best amongst all. *runs* But I really like the feeling of this photo.. let’s hope some kind souls will upload the show next week!
We all know that Nana is not so tall… *evilgrin* I was actually wondering why Rina looks a bit haggard in that Image. >_> I’m looking forward to them pulling off Don’t Say Lazy as well. KyoAni is keeping is in the dark about the “very possible” K-On Concert. *I am a stalker of the K-On VAs >.>*

something must be wrong with me then, because I don’t think that Kuribayashi is the best looking one even in that pic….in this case, that honor goes to Minorin…
I’m looking forward to the full special, if I got it right, first they’ll broadcast just some songs and then, at the end of the month, the full thing? Anyway I’m only looking forward to Nana’s, Minorin’s and Ishikawa Chiaki’s performances.
damn, i don’t think i have NHK BS2, and i doubt it’d be available for streaming (unlike soccer matches) orz
non-anime song? DISCOTHEQUE is from rosario vampire, Zankou no Gaia is from….uh what was that anime….and Pray is from Nanoha strilerS, right? CMIIW

I want to see Himeka getting star-struck by Nana! 8DD It’s a great thing that most, if not all of them (Though I don’t know about Scandal, Kuribayashi Minami or Angela) can sing live well. Hope this brings the view of Anime music up a little. :*

hmm, seems i had mistaken there, there was a song that was used for a series OP or ED theme song after Nana released it in hybrid universe, i thought it was zankou no gaia, but i’m wrong :/

Minorin is really tired…poor thing. But in the group photo, everyone looks horrible in one way or another for some reason.
And yeah…the SCANDAL GIRL behind Minorin and Nana looks like some reincarnation of Sadako or something. *screams in horror and run away*

Sad, BS2 is not HD broadcasting.
And, title is not Anime SP. title is Ani Song SP.
I’m happy what different singer are only 2 musics but Nana is 3 musics.
Aug 30, May’n will come to Korea for Korea-Japan Ani Song Festival.

she flew back to Japan in a rush after DaiCon’s even i guess.
Does anybody have rip of that broadcast? I’m from Russia, and i have not seen HD version, because in Russia it is problem to get foreign HD tv-channels… If you have it, please send me link by email.
It’s funny, because I’m Russian too and I have Minorin’s Tomorrow’s Chance in HD.TS. Took me about a year (no srsly) to dl the whole MJ performance from Perfect Dark just to obtain Tmr’s Chance.
