LIVE GAMES RED STAGE vs BLUE STAGE Full Report.

Sort of late, but I’m not a tourist anymore so wasn’t so free… tho I feel inferior to issa who posted it asap despite the 8 hours bus trip (d00d please study! xD). Anyway, enjoy the report!

The stage plan was very similar to LIVE DIAMOND. The middle platform connected the front stage until the backnet. My seat for both days weren’t that front, but it’s near the middle platform, which was probably better since she used the platform more often than ever.

OK, it’s going to be a very tldr report. ^^;

~~OPENING~~
3D fighting game video!! Mizuki Blue vs. Nana Red… the winner changes according to the red/blue stage. Pretty cool effects, and the characters were made by Wild Arms people.

**Costume 1** Purplish pink top and miniskirt, with dark purple long dress, just the back part. My favs are the head piece that looks like an ancient princess and the folding fan.

Oooh going with powerful opening! xD Getting superhot since the first song!

2. DRAGONIA
Epic is what it was. Perfect for her Dynasty Warrior look!

~~MC 1~~
Welcoming to the concert. On red stage, Nana mentioned how she was worried about us, since the weather was very cruel… 35 degree Celsius, scorching HOT sunny day. In fact NanaParty posted about heatstroke prevention after the first day… maybe people fainted? :-/ But just like it happened to fit the cooler theme, it rained on blue stage… Still not convinced she’s God?

3. WILD EYES –> SEVEN
WILD EYES BANZAI!! SEVEN was a nice surprise too, didn’t think she’d sing it again after Formula. Sounded much better than I had thought of it… was wishing for Hime Murasaki tho. >_<

**Costume 2** Took off dark purple part and folding fan, but headpiece stays.

4. What cheer?
And the loli dance troupe H-Kids joined Nana and Team Yoda on stage. Fans were dancing along too!

5. SCOOP SCOPE
Oooh new song falls to the “cute dance” segment. A bit Perfume-ish dance, but the “one hand scoping” thing was so cuteee.

6. Panorama- –> Late Summer Tale
Pretty old songs, I can see some people wondering where it came from. Not me tho xD

~~Cherry Boys Great Adventure~~
Another video. Simple Gameboy-era RPG game with pixelated charas. First the start menu.. cursor chose “Restart the game” then “Cherry Boys introduction” (LOL there was “Go to buy goods” option). xD Choosing 4 party members at once then introducing each one of them. Cherry Boys cosplayed according to their RPG classes (suits them well~!). What surprised me was half of the band were different for 2 days. Black font means 2-day members.

Also introducing Cherry Chorus! 3 back-up singers: Kousac (Tanaka Kousaku), Matsun (Matsuoka Naomi), and Dark (Takahashi Satomi). We saw Kousac before in Anisama 2007. Dark is the usual back-up singer in Nana’s albums. In the RPG game they represent townfolks or shop owners.

The last part, Knight Princess Nana (red stage promo) joined the group photo.

**Costume 3** Polkadot mini dress with fluffy skirt. On red stage it was blue with white dots, and changed to yellow with white dots the next day.

7. Young Alive!
Surprise! Nana’s riding a carriage going around the tribune seats! Good for them. I like this song more and more, cheerful and motivating.. I think I need that. ^^;

8. RUSH & DASH! –> JET PARK
Still on the ride. Glad I can finally hear R&D!. She missed a few words during JET PARK while going down the stairs back to the stage.. I’m just glad she didn’t trip.

~~MC 2~~
Expressed how happy she can get closer to the tribune seat fans. Diamond had “victory road”, but she could reach more people this time. Also talked about the perverted lines (ero-sen) on her palm. lolol can’t see which one she meant tho she asked the cameraman to zoom it in. Maybe one day I’ll have the chance to compare my hand with Nana’s… it wouldn’t matter if I had the ero-sen or not, I think that line will just pop out in that second. xD

9. 夏恋模様 (Karen Moyou)
Definitely THE summer song. Extra points for being one of the very few ballads on the day.

10. ray of change
Took me one verse to realize what she was singing. ^^; Pretty okay, but nothing special.

11. Replay Machine-custom- –> Nocturne-revision
Now THIS is special!! I’ve been dying to experience Replay Machine live!! It’s so good ;__; With Nocturne on 2nd day, it almost feels like a Memories Off fanservice. xD

~~Team Yoda~~
Another game video, clearly DDR!! Previewed few songs before choosing Zankou no Gaia (Eurotrance ver.). Choosing 2 characters at once, 2 dancers showed off their ability while the screen had dancing steps.. me wants that game!! Awsm countdown “3… 2… 1… YEEESSS~~~”

Total 10 members, the order was: Mika vs Yumeko || Shizuka vs Anna || Nagi vs Naomi || Kimino vs Tomo || Mayu vs Azusa. Yes I have photographic memory for mundane stuff. xD Shizuka had this new bowl haircut, sooooo cuteeee. Drum rolls to the final stage with Nana!

**Costume 3** Very pink, very cute, very anime costume…. It couldn’t be…… *drum rolls* CURE BLOSSOM?!!? OMG OMG OMG. Nana sang a bit of Zankou no Gaia.

12. POWER GATE
Ran out of nice words to say since this always appears in all Nana concerts I’ve been to. ^^;

~~MC 3~~
Obviously the main talk was the costume and how it’s very “you-know-what”! Nana did some cute Cure Blossom adlibs…. but specially Red Stage got THAT OSHIRI PUNCH!!!!!! LOLOL omg can’t believe she did that on stage! xD Blue Stage got a mawatte turn, Cure Blossom style. Fair enough.

Then she called for 2 special guests.. Cure Blossom and Cure Marin!! HAHAH can’t imagine how hot it was inside that anigao. ^^; Blue stage had super special treatment with seiyuu Mizusawa Fumie joining Nana on stage in Cure Marin costume!!

13. Heart Catch!☆Paradise
Complete with THE ED DANCE!!! omgomgomgomg the cutest thing everrrrrrr. Though Mizusawa can’t really sing, I was too busy dancing along to care FYI, this song is still stuck on my head as I write this report…. CHANGE! CHANGE!  ハートキャッチ!! orz

14. DISCOTHEQUE
This became a must-have song now, heh? Churu-churu-churu payappa~~! ♪

~Time to Impact Exciter~
Now it’s Metal Gear Solid -ish spy game video!! The setting was outer space, inside a spaceship. Narration by Nakamura Yuuichi. Appropriately Nana wore the pink space suit thing (blue stage promo costume). She was tied in a chair… managed to escape, but the guards noticed her, and she was chased. Funniest ever: Nana hid in a cardboard box lololol SOLID NANA SNAKE!! Then she got into the elevator up.. before finally reached her destination, where her spaceship was kept. Nana jumped in and prepared to fly off……

15. NEXT ARCADIA
…….RIDING A SPACESHIP!!!! Very cool ride moved along the platform to the back-net. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS. Whoever says this song sucks must be insane haters. It was amazingly super epic live, words alone can’t do it justice. Everyone went crazy!

Apparently the ship has a name: Arcadia Seven. On red stage she compared it to Academy’s unicorn (which I didn’t get to see T_T). On blue stage she was like, “OK after this, what will happen to the ship?” People were like “Take it home!!” xD but she refused since K-tan will get scared. She jokingly told us to mail her office if we want to take the ship home LOL…. I wonder how many people actually did that. xD The ship is about as big as my whole room, tho I wouldn’t mind sleeping on top of it. xD

16. ETERNAL BLAZE –> SECRET AMBITION
Etabure never fails but it’s been a while since she performed SA in Live Fever 1.5 years ago..!

17. BE READY! –> PROTECTION
Towel song, yay! Team Yoda spread along the platform.. and they’re wearing red and blue bob-styled wigs accordingly. ^^; I was praying for Level Hi! since I’ve never heard it before… too bad.

~~Cherry Boys Band Battle~~
Music fighting game, two at once. Can’t remember who versus who since by this time I felt like fainting. Arena didn’t get any wind at all… I did remember Tom-kun’s 8-bit keyboard thing tho, haha. On blue side I took a break to get some air around the tribune seat.

**Costume 5**
Special red dress with head veil, something like Live Universe’s Zankou no Gaia. Quite weird if you ask me, but much better than Live Fighter’s horrible tomato dress. Special blue dress looks like her Wednesday Jpop costume, just with extra long skirt. Much prefer this than the red one, but maybe she just look better in blue? ^^;

18. ミュステリオン (Musterion)
Oooh finally it’s sung live.. and was quite enjoyable if you ask me. It’s a very red song, but new songs don’t get changed.

19. Etsuraku Camellia –> Pray
Though both songs are supposed to be very red/blue, everyone used UO lol.

20. UNCHAIN∞WORLD –> Don’t be long
Another UO blow. Unchain World was SO epic.

Announced it’s the last song.. very important piece from her most precious work Nanoha.

21. Silent Bible –> PHANTOM MINDS
Surely both songs represent red and blue properly. Nice coincidence for 2 consecutive releases .

ENCORE
On red stage spent the encore trying to stop my sudden nosebleed orz. Glad the towel is red *runs* The temperature was way too hot, I can’t even feel any wind blowing. Blue stage was much cooler so I was OK. Noticed that NANA! NANA! NANA! shouts replaced the usual ENCORE! shouts. Awesome Nanoha movie influence.

**Costume 6** Red or blue army-themed concert goods T-shirt C and white shorts.

22. Koi no Yokushiryoku
Finally heavy-dancing songs!! Nana popped up on the middle stage. The dance routine was faster than I thought, but at least most people were able to do the IE DVD Lesson parts. xD

23. Dancing in the velvet moon –> chronicle of sky
And there goes my attempt to stop my nosebleed.. orz. I’ve mentioned before how badly that affects my nose. My seat was in between front and middle stage like Anisama 2008 so I thought I’d only see her back again, BUT she turned around and danced 1 verse. It was bloody sweet. xD chronicle of sky was much expected, I predicted it was either that or through the night.

24. Astrogation –> Aoki Hikari no Hate-ULTIMATE MODE-
Oooh surprised she changed the encore too. Aoki isn’t comparable to Astrogation, but the chance it will get sung live again is much lower, so I’m still happy.

25. Hoshizora to Tsuki to Hanabi no Shita –> ETERNAL BLAZE
Hoshizora was specially chosen by her for Red stage. It was one of my dream to look at the stars (tho it’s only projected lol) while Nana sings this song live. In contrary, Etabure was a very hot ending (izzit rlyyy?). There were fireworks and very big explosion at the end. Arena people got massive dust as souvenirs.

A double encore only for blue stage. Well Etabure was kinda an suspicious ending heh. Soooo, Nana said there’s a very special song she wants to perform, but couldn’t be alone. It’s pretty clear what she meant. Agematsu Mika popped on stage wearing the same T-shirt as Nana, but with a long skirt. They hugged first <insert cheers here>, then…

26. ７月７日 (Shichigatsu Nanoka)
…was the most beautiful thing that happened to me this summer. Perfect atmosphere, with Hoshizora’s projected stars made a comeback to fit the starry theme. Did I cry? You’ll never know xD but Nana did cry near the end.. and really cried after the song ended. Now THIS is a nice live ending. Nana/Mika hugged again after the song. =D

~~ENDING~~
Bazooka-ing signed balls again, but this time it’s only 7+7+7 = 21 balls.. not even close to my seat, but I’m okay. Shichigatsu Nanoka was truly a better summer miracle.

Notes.

* I srsly feel bad to people who just attended Red Stage, true that it had all the surprise songs effect, but no double encore!

* I wonder if anyone will make a doujin game according to the videos. Or even better, official versions!

* Can’t remember which MC so just here. Nana mentioned a new Nana SP Curry from her favorite restaurant Aubergine in Yotsuya 3-chome. Too bad it’s only special for Nana.. called the shop the next morning, but they don’t sell it. Oh, and Nana renamed tomato into that red devil (その赤い悪魔) lol totally agreed!

* About song choices. Pretty bummed Polaris didn’t make it. =( Not enough ballads, but I guess that’s because most ballads are blue… and well, the orchestra concert will make it up. Red/blue choices were appropriate, but she only performed half of the songs from IE. Towarare no Babel, Strobe Cinema… me wants! Glad she skipped Albireo and Mugen though, the only 2 songs I dislike from the album.

* I have no idea how I got the energy to stay crazy in both days, with only 2 hours sleep in between since I queued up for the Blue limited goods too. Tired, but no sore arms or legs… so I guess I’ve leveled up? xD Or maybe I just used some energy in advance, since I’ve been feeling overly tired in the next 2 days (hope this gets me away for posting so late!).

* …and I stole a shot of Arcadia Seven after the concert. Ssssh.
