Live Journey Station 7: Sapporo

I’ve been really busy in the past 2 weeks so yeah can’t even keep up with reports and tomorrow is already Nagoya arena (2 days…..). >_<;

June 18 @ Sapporo, Hokkaido.

Finally after a series of unfortunate events in the previous stations, the 7th station ended without any incident!! AND I FINALLY GOT A HIGHFIVE!! <3333

Journey
I really like Sapporo city. It’s considerably a new city so while not having plenty historical spots, the city was really well-built. If you see the map it’s divided into grids so there’s no way anyone would get lost. ^^;

Left: Tokeidai (Clock Tower). Supposed to be the city symbol and all visitors must take a photo with it, but it’s rather disappointing.. located about 10 mins walk from Sapporo station, it’s totally surrounded by big buildings that makes the small “tower” felt kinda meh.
Right: Former Hokkaido Prefectural Government Building. Just happened to pass by on my way to station but I like the architecture.

Left: Odori Park spanning 15 blocks in the heart of Sapporo. Lots of locals and visitors chilling here, I wish Tokyo has something like this. xD

Curry Food Journey
Yes I ate all of these in 1.5 days.

Sapporo’s specialty soup curry!
..which kinda tasted like South-East Asian curry (= what my mom usually makes..) so I kinda felt cheated. ^^;; delicious stuff tho!

- Gengis Khan (grilled mutton) Daruma, hands down the best thing I ate in Sapporo. I can say it’s worth going to Hokkaido just to eat this! xD
- Miso ramen, supposedly invented in Hokkaido but it tasted very normal ^^;;

- Challenged a bowl of fresh seafood in Ichiba Market. Too bad Nana couldn’t take raw seafood so she gave up eating this ^^;;
- Soymilk soft cream nearby Ichiba Market<33

- Really nice melon in Ichiba Market.
- Shiroi Koibito chocolate float.

Lastly, my favorite place: Ishiya Chocolate Factory!

We could see how the famous Shiroi Koibito chocolate in the making!
And there was a cookie-making lesson so I made this..

Despite how it looks, it was filled with my love so tasted pretty nice.

Definitely my best seat in this Journey that I somehow cried in Stories. ;___;

MC1. Greetings and title call.
-Nana said “Poterich” (the potato chips) as her sponsor instead of Calbee (the company) LOL but she didn’t realize her wrongdoings and those who realized it kept wondering if we misheard stuff..
-As a good PR girl she said Poterich is on sale in Sapporo too and recommended the salt flavor (blue package).
-Tadaima!! 2nd live in Sapporo, after Live Spark in 2004. Nana always requested a live in Sapporo for every tour but tight schedule etc. Finally this year!
-Live Journey, Station 7 Sapporo, departs!!”

MC2.
-Nana started an age-related joke so mawatte calls started but Nana told us to wait for more special costume. xD
-Food talk. Fresh seafood is one of Sapporo’s specialty but Nana couldn’t eat raw seafood during Live Spark tour. But 7 years had passed so matured Nana will challenge raw foods after live! (she failed)
-Nana ate toukibi / grilled corn sooo yeah.

-JunPara PR… and new announcement! Coupling track’s recording is done! Titled “7 COLORS“. Tie-up TV show “Fushigi Hakken“, on air in nationwide TBS. =D
-Being the 7th station, Nana wants to sing something with her name on it (hardcore fans started screaming by now lololol) yeeppp NANA-iro no you ni!! So cute!

Encore. Nana wore polo shirt. Funny that I only wore polo shirt in Tochigi and Sapporo where she also did. It’s fate I know xD

Before Pop Master, Nana asked if there are high school students in the hall and about 10% (impossible!) raised their hands… Nana said “Ooh quite a lot! Tho I’m sure there were some liars too..” xD

FINALLYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!! I wonder if my luck waited until the SEVENth live or what, but YEAH A HIGHFIVE!!!! Nana still smells the same like last year <33

Signed version pic taken from twitter. Nana bought this adorable fox plushie in Shin-Chitose Airport but when I got there at night it’s sold out. ^^;;; Talked to the manager and he said today hordes of people were hunting for this. I got a small keyring (same look but smaller) for souvenir anyway.
