Mizuki Nana 2nd Time on Kohaku 61!!
Probably an “old” news since it was announced about 6-7 hours ago (so did my tweet).
It might be pretty obvious with Nana-chan’s good relation with NHK and her outstanding sales this year.. but still, until the official announcement everything could happen! Very glad and very happy to know she secured her spot again this year!!
Celebrated with the infamous Nana SP Curry for dinner on a park with 5 Nanatards! and Nanachomo to make it 7 of us~♥ Pretty cold today but 10C is nothing against our love to Nana! (damn cheesy in English lol)
As for the chosen song… my money goes to PHANTOM MINDS. Since the choice is just that or Silent Bible lol and the former has better tie-in and is a better song. As much as I wish to see Next Arcadia, album tracks won’t get in, besides it’s up for Anison SP4 show on air mid-Jan.

@Shin’ai is a possible choice yes. I don’t really watch Kohaku but I think they did ask some artists to keep singing the same crap every year? ^^;; as long as it’s “safe” quality/popularity wise.
@etherlite: Album tracks generally get less exposure than singles (new singles get MJ etc but not album)
@Socratics101: Shop only does takeaway. Well, the alternative would be Nana just being Ouentai and not getting in? :-/
