Astrogation by average jpop vocal standard was ok…by what I’m used to regarding Nana’s vocal standard, pretty bad…I can’t even imagine how it was for herself, a trained vocalist, not being able to reach the high notes and gasping for air in a couple of spots, even breaking her voice in one bit when she usually owns the stage…anyway, like I said, I know how good she is (all the ppl that write here know that actually), so it’s a shame her tv performances (being watched by casual listeners) aren’t usually the best.

On the other hand, Maria & Joker was awesome, you were not exaggerating about that…overall, it’s like a 9 out of 10, cause the song is really hard, features a lot of falsetto and I guess it isn’t for the common listener; she had one or two iffy notes but overall her performance was like watching one of her better dvds…
