After reading zhakuro’s post, I remembered a picture I have.. so let’s have fun naming the seiyuu! No need to post the answers here since there are a lot of them, but feel free to.

It’s harder to guess because some photos are replaced with seiyuu otaku inside-jokes.. so don’t stress yourself out if you can’t recognize them. Some are too WTF so I removed the pun that I couldn’t understand myself.
If you want to cheat a bit, see the original image with their names in kanji and hiragana, also their respective birthdays. If you can’t read moonrunes, well, it might still be helpful.
And below are the answers with some notes. Glad there are mapping codes.

I got 44 right, but wasn’t able to get any of the jokes except the Nakahara Mai one XD
Somehow I think that Nazuka Kaori looks a lot like Sakamoto Maaya in that pic .-. Must be the perspective and the haircut ^^;
5A, it’s NOT Nakahara Mai, it’s a guy from the band The Alfee (picture-> http://www.emimusic.jp/vmc/artist/domestic/alfee/tobf5251.php). I had seen a picture of him with two of the guys of Nightmare (Death Note first OP and ED) like two years ago, I can’t believe I remembered his face, which is *luckily* not like Nakahara Mai’s ^_^
I recognized only 14 of them since I watched a loooot of Negima Event (with these 31 characters singing together + Satou Rina in the role of Negi-sensei).
btw, what is with Yukarin’s picture on the original image ?!
